No GPS when biking on versa 4

hello,

Sorry to ask again... I thought it was solved because my gps wasn't turned ON for biking... But it doesn't change anything to put it on ON... when I'm with the bike activity, only time is running, but no speed, no km... My first message was this one...

"when I use the activity Bike on my versa 4,(model FB523 - activated en sept2023, version 61.20001.194.86)  it runs but there's no GPS.... I've already close down my watch, and ignored the automatic recognition of the activity. But no more GPS. What can I do? "

Heather and Marre Fitbit have given me the same advice, but finally it doesn't resolve my problem.

Same problem when I ride my recumbent trike. Time runs but nothing is recorded.
