Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

I just got my Fitbit Versa 4.  My phone calls and texts messages are not transferring to my fitbit from my phone.  I believe I have every setting set, every notification set to on.  I turned phone and fitbit on and off.  Forgot device, reconnected.  Turned bluetooth on off.  It syncs my work email and some random calls from my work phone system app, or spam calls but thats it!  I NEED HELP!!  So aggravated!

Hi @Jessa39 - this link might help with the setup of notifications How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Your Versa 4 needs to be connected via a single phone which is nearby for notifications to come through and the watch has to be in the correct mode.

Pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check all the icons are off so it can accept communications and work normally.

If the V4 Fitbit App loses connection at any time the communications will stop working.

Hi there, @Jessa39. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still not receiving notifications. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!

If after following @Guy_'s tips and suggestions you continue having the issue, I'd recommend resetting the notifications settings on your Fitbit app. To do so, please try the following in the order listed:

- Sync your Versa 4
- On the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Versa 4 > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable them or to turn them on. If they are already off, try turning them on.
- Log out of your Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
Restart your Versa 4.
- Log back into your Fitbit app.
- Turn off the Notifications settings.

@Porschap  - perhaps you can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support. They can help with phone/app specific issues.

I’ve done all that too. SMH! And still has yet to ever work. Really hate I upgraded to Versa 4. I will just sell this one and go back to my Apple Watch or something.
