I just received my new Versa 4 on 11/23, I charged it and updated it.  Used it with no problems but that it says to wear it to bed to be able to see base temp(which I do every night, so already has been longer than the 3 nights it says) and the SpO2 does not show on my clock face, just a -.
I charged it today for the first time since the initial charge and now have a blank screen.  Tried this to no avail

My phone says it cannot locate the Versa, but shows it is 100% charged.  Thinking this was not a good purchase.

@Emm2022- it would seem the watch is faulty, so a factory reset may not be possible, as you won't be able to set it up after if the screen is blank.  Best to return it under warranty.

Hi @Emm2022 - have you tried restarting the phone and watch, they may not be syncing. Just in case see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Yes, have done all they say.  The app says it is stanching and it is showing my steps.  When I restart- it will vibrate but the screen stays blank.  If I change the clock face, it will vibrate but screen stays blank.  My alarms go off, but the screen stays blank.  The only thing I have not done is the factory reset mostly because I can’t get to settings on my watch to do so- and I really don’t want to lose all of my data, anyway, if I do not have to.
