No baseline data for temp on versa 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been wearing the device for nearly a month, minus charging and I still do not have any baseline data available for temperature variation (versa 4). I've tried quitting the app, restarting, etc. Any tips and tricks here? Thanks, Charles

Hi, do you mean on the temperature "tile" added to the dashboard? Same for me, says "no baseline yet", BUT if I go into Health metrics, there it is, go figure..

Same thing here. No data being collected. Would be nice if we could get feed back from Fitbit.

Agree, I see some data in the summaries but do not understand why there
isn't a display on the front page that takes you to the detail like the
other areas. Maybe a bug they are working on?

Same issue. I've been wearing my Fitbit every day/night since Christmas.  Main dashboard app shows no information gathered and that it needs 3 nights of wearing to collect a baseline.  When I go into "Health Metrics" and scroll down, my skin temp is showing with all the information and data.

Yep, mine never worked. I'm not impressed with this versa

Hi all, it seems the developers forgot to implement the processing to add temperature to the skin temperature tile for the Sense 2 and Versa 4 watches but it does show in health metics.

They may or may not correct this in a future update.
