Hi @BigIronTech - other than restarting the watch there is not a lot you can do, except in your online web dashboard you can set sleep sensitivity which may help a bit and also setting a sleep schedule in watch Settings so you don't get any alerts (watch activity) during sleep.
Also have a look at Heart Rate there should be a noticeable fall when entering sleep.

Best AnswerI have set that to sensitive from standard and still no change in these weird sleep starts. The reason I bought the versa 4 was for the heart and sleep info and heart works, not sleep. My wifes versa 2 works perfectly for her.
I have the same issue. It says I’m asleep when I’m watching a movie, I guess I’m really relaxed? Other times it says I’m awake when I was actually asleep! Most nights are broken into two separate schedules. It logs me sleeping until 3 am and then again from 3:45 until 7am. I usually get up to pee! LOLLOL.
Best AnswerSome nights the profile is broken into 2 separate sleep times, one are both have only basic data because the time is less than 3 hrs. Very frustrating and of course the sleep profile is not accurate. About half the time the sleep time is right on. So I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing wrong. 2 or 3 hours in middle of the night will be missing.
