Did you mean:

“No data” not getting heart rate graph at all.

Anyone else having this issue where the heart data just doesn’t seem to sync? The graph never shows any data anymore, though it still shows on the device.

Fitbit support don’t seen to care, reported the issues 2 months ago and all they can say is that they’re working on a resolution.

Hi @One20y Warm welcome to the Community !
Thank you very much for your message about your heart rate data, and I am sorry to know you have this problem.
This is a matter that our team is looking into closely.

However, several users found that the issue was resolved by changing the time format of their cell phones from 12 hours to 24 hours (iOS System).

To do this, on your mobile:

Settings > General > Date & time > 24 hours > Slide to ON.
Then restart the Fitbit app (closing it by swiping up), reopen the app and see if the graph appears. This should instantly resolve the issue.

Hi @One20y ! Welcome back to the community !

Welcome back to the community.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with the Versa 4.

If your Versa 4 is not tracking your heart rate data accurately you won't get heart rate readings. With that being said, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from On to Off and manually sync your Fitbit device.

To switch the heart rate settings on your Fitbit device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting Off.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Versa 4.
To do so, from the Today tab, tap Devices > device image. Tap Sync Now
  • Next, switch it from Off to On and manually sync your Fitbit device once again.
  • Once it's done, restart your Fitbit device once again.
  • Next, confirm that your watch is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible) We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the watch just above the wrist bone.

Hi.

The graph shows on the watch itself, but it doesn’t transfer to the app. The app will show my current heart rate and it will give me all of the data EXCEPT the graph, the actual tracking throughout the days..
