Hi all, is there any reason or fix as to why I do not get a sleep score on some days? My sleep tracked correctly and shows data for all my sleep stages but I’m not getting an overall score. This is a brand new Versa 4, I never had any issues with my charge 2. Any help or recommendations greatly appreciated!

Hi @MDonnelly7 - the issue may be related to the new V4 app syncing issues. Try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch before bed and in the morning login and make sure it syncs fully, then sync again an hour later. Also have a look on the web dashboard after it has fully synced.
