Every few days, I don’t get a sleep score or readiness score, but I do get all the Sleep Timeline data. I’ve not changed any settings and am wearing the watch as I normally do.
What’s going on and how can this be fixed? I have Versa 4 and the Fitbit Premium membership.

yesterday i didn't get a sleep score or any of the timeline data. this happens randomly without me changing anything, the new sleep graph is unreadable and completely useless. at least with the website app it was editable and i could see what was happening during my sleep rhythms. i will be researching for a better device. google has really screwed up the reasons people used fitbit in the first place and it appears that they really don't care what everyone thinks. what a pity.

is no one from Fitbit going to jump on here with fixes for us not receiving a sleep score? This is ridiculous that I pay for premium. I’m getting no readiness score no metrics no nothing.

48 of the last 10 days I have not received a sleep score however I’m getting a readiness score which I don’t understand. I am not getting the metrics though. I also have premium have not changed. Anything on my watch have not changed how I wear. It have not changed any settings. I have logged out And logged back in I have restarted my watch. I have not done the factory reset as I am worried about losing all of my information.

@MrsMac2021 @hillml1129 Are you seeing sleep stages? Are you allowing your watch to detect sleep naturally and not telling your device when you are sleeping? Are you getting more than 3 hours of sleep?
Performing a factory reset will not wipe your data. Just make sure to sync your device before doing the reset.

No sleep stages for the last 10 days. Also, I always let my sleep be detected naturally. I have never told my Fitbit I’m going to sleep. Maybe I should try that, Even though I’m not sure where to do it at!

@hillml1129 No, do not tell your Fitbit you are going to sleep. That will not get your sleep stages or a score. I was just checking to make sure you weren't already doing that.
I'm not sure if a factory reset will fix it, but at this time it is the only option I can offer you. Since you have already done a reset and it seems like the heart rate monitor is otherwise working, a factory reset might fix it, but I can't guarantee it. Like I said, just make sure your device has synced before resetting your device. Fitbit stores and encrypts your data on their servers. Your Fitbit watch only stores 5-7 days worth of data, it doesn't have the memory to store all your historical data.

Factory reset does not fix the issue of no sleep score... I've tried. I have deleted app reinstalled, removed blue tooth connection and set it up again... essentially removed everything and started from scratch no resolution. No sleep score started for me on August 6. All fine till then. Been a faithful fitbit fanatic for 6 years. No sleep score on versa 4. I will be looking to move onto another product. The fitbit products are great when they work but when issues pop up it can be a real pain coming up with a resolution.

It's so sickening I don't get a score too, you think it might be a glitch in the app?

Not sure. But at this point based upon everything I have done I would say best guess is yes. It’s quite disheartening the no action on the part of Google to resolve the issue. Leaves a very sour taste in my mouth regarding Google.
