Not happy with the new Fitbit app

What is going on with the new mobile app? It’s all black and white, doesn’t track consecutive days, not accurate for active hours! How can I go back to the old one????

Hi @Rmw7301 - best to post in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topics in the iOS and Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

It would seem likely you are stuck with this version.

Hi there, @Rmw7301. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts towards the new Fitbit app.  We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please bear in mind there's no way to revert to the old Fitbit app version. Nevertheless, as @Guy_ has recommended, I'd like to invite you to take a look at this post to get the most out of the new Fitbit app.

If you have any specific issue or inconvenience with the new Fitbit app, I'd appreciate if you can provide me with some details about it so I can offer assistance.

My biggest frustration is that there is no longer a banner that count’s consecutive days meeting primary goal, or any banners for that matter. Its a dumbed down, more boring version of the app. Doesn’t even do the fireworks thing when you meet all the goal areas
