I’m so tired of my Versa 4. It has had syncing issues since I purchased it. It’s pretty frustrating to workout only to have it all wiped away when you have to reset to sync. May be time to look for something new, mind you I’ve only had my Versa since December.

Hi @Chastity - have you tried restarting the phone instead? Your issue could be phone related, make sure that the Fitbit App and associated services are allowed to run in background.
If you restart the watch instead of factory reset it shouldn't lose data.
In any case with the correct setup it should sync automatically see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
