Not working since recent update

I regret doing the most recent update. I put my Fitbit in sleep mode at night and now multiple times through night I get the Fitbit logo like it’s restarting on it own. It’s bright so wakes me up and stops tracking sleep from that point on. Strongly considering after 6 Fitbits and 12 years of a consumer switching to a more reliable tracker

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @CalvinT!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
Please try if restarting your device will get things fixed. To do so first sync your Versa 4 to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

If that won't work for you, I'd suggest changing the clock face of your device to see if the current one is causing the problem. Here's how to do that:

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
