I have just had to relegate my 4th fitbit in 7 years to the bin. I bought my versa in September '21, and yesterday it stopped working. I'm very disappointed, and will not be buying another device from you. Each one has expired about 2 months after the guarantee has run out!

HI @Hil-82 - unfortunately you don't say why it stopped working or what the problems were.

If you would like help more information would be useful, as it may only be a temporary fault.

Hi. I was swimming in my fitbit, only for about 10 mins in shallow water. It was working when I was in the pool, but when I came to wipe it when I was drying off it was dead. I thought it might have run out of battery, but it would not charge, and no lights were on. It is definitely a gonner! I am very disappointed with the life of all the 4 fitbits I have bought, and sadly I will not be buying another. Hilary Temple

My most recent fitbit, the Versa 3, just died after 2 years of ownership, and since Google ended the ability to participate in challenges,  I no longer feel loyal to the fitbit brand.

I have since purchased a Galaxy 6 watch it just blows my previous watch out of the water in terms of functionality and  usefulness. I especially like the exercises that are available with being charged a subscription price. This is what a smart watch should be!
