Nothing is working with my Versa 4

For some reason I am no longer able to customize anything with the watch at all. No apps, watch faces or tiles. This is incredibly frustrating. I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps and nothing has helped. Others have posted similar experiences. Please fix. Versa 1 in another phone and Fitbit app works just fine.

To better understand the issue you are currently experiencing, please confirm what is preventing you from opening the gallery. Do you receive a message while trying to access it? Doesn't do anything?

If you can't load the Gallery and get the message "Oops, looks like there's no internet connection", then try to disable your mobile's Private DNS. To do so:

Android: On your Android mobile tap Settings > then Network & Internet > Private DNS.
iOS: Refer to Turn a private address off for a network

Hello I’m having the same issue for some reason my clock face suddenly changed !

I tried to change it back to the original one a message appeared that there’s an occurring fault please try again. 
after spending time with the support team this morning  the watch is been replaced again !

The replacement watch was doing exactly the same thing 

 

Luckily if I swiped the face to the left I could see the stats.
Yesterday  all I had showing was the date and time.

After spending a while with Fitbit it’s been replaced with a new one.

i really feel it’s a  a IT problem
