Notification without message Versa 4

My versa 4 always says there's a message but in app I never see a message. Any ideas or suggestions?

To resolve a ghost notification on your Versa 4, first restart both your phone and your Fitbit to clear temporary errors. This issue is likely a syncing glitch, which can usually be fixed by toggling Bluetooth, checking notification permissions, or ensuring the app is updated.

Also, ensure there are no actually unread messages on your phone (e.g., WhatsApp, text) that might be causing a hung notification, and force sync the Fitbit app. And on your phone, force quit the Fitbit application (Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Force Close).
