I have had my fitbit for maybe two months and it has to sync all the time.. sometimes I get messages sometimes i dont.. YES all the notifications and boxes are checked on device and app.. 

 

I dont think I can return it now:(  I just picked up one for my husband but think I will have to take it back because he really needs to see his messages.. so if he cant or its glitchy.. Im disappointed now. 😞  He has the same phone as I do.

I continue to have to reset the phone and Fitbit .. it will work for a day if that then just stops working … the phone nor device is set up correctly each time it just randomly stops receiving messages n notifications from my phone … I have had mine two months now maybe activated oct 6 and I just bought one for my husband but it I have problems he might and he needs to see his messages right away so I’m disappointed it’s not going to work or just get frustrated or miss important messages unless he looks at phone .. is there anyway to return mine even though I have had it this long .. if I can’t see my messages while not right by my phone to look at while working out  I might as well go back to my Apple Watch.  :(.    My phone is an apple 12 mini .. a friend has a sense and an apple phone and does t seem to have problems
