Is there a way to STOP Fitbit trackers from logging sitting still while reading or watching TV or doing other quiet activities that do not require you to jump around like a 4 year old on a sugar high as sleeping? My Versa4 is set as normal and it has been tracking my sleep at night decently, but this morning I find an hour logged in from last night as sleeping when in actuality I was watching TV.

Hello there, @Deshal. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4.
Please note when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device records that you’re asleep. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
