Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Can't get messages from my samsung A53. Tried everything Bluetooth is on, device is paired, notifications are on. Rebooted watch, reinstalled fitbit app. I guess I should return and buy the Apple watch.

Hi @Shawked - one step that may get overlooked, pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons.

There are syncing issues with the new V4 Fitbit App which can stop notifications coming to watch if not currently syncing.
