For about a month now, I have not been getting messages or calls on my Versa4. I see my notifications are turned on in settings for phone and fitbit. Any help???

Hi @mom2tir - make sure when you pull down on the watch face all icons are off.
For notifications to work the Fitbit App has to be able to connect to the phone and one of the bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App is it stops syncing every so often then you won't get notifications..
A temporary remedy can be to toggle Bluetooth off/on, restart the watch and even the phone and sync, then it should work.
