Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Versa 4 not receiving calls or notifications & not showing up on app settings page on Android phone.   Have had it a week & had to restart twice to get sleep info on watch.

Hi @st3ff13 - the new V4 Fitbit App has problems staying connected and once disconnected you won't get calls or notifications on the watch.

To temporarily fix it you need to restart the watch and may be even the phone and sync.

Thank you for the information.   However,  I have restarted the watch twice in the past week & synced it at least twice.   Yesterday I started receiving get up & move notifications & today I actually received a call.  I have done nothing to the watch for a couple of days.  It is a mystery to me but if the problem persists, I will try your suggestions.  Thank you again.

Good morning @guy,

I have been syncing & restarting my V4 pretty much daily, but I still don't get texts or emails.  Any specific reason for that?  I don't care about the emails, but texts are more important to me.  If I didn't finish the set up, how do I get back to it???  Sorry for all the questions but I'm a tech dummy.

@st3ff13 - pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.
