Notifications are not coming through my Versa 4

Versa4 is not receiving messages or calls.  I have an IPhone 13 pro

Ny Versa 4 has also stopped receiving messages. I have Samsung S20.

Hi there, @ebatis. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 has stopped receiving notifications. I will do my best to help you sort this out! 

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
