My fitbit suddenly changed to training setting without possibility to change it. When I try to push the stop button, I only get the opprtunity to choose between different types of training. Do you have suggestions how I can get it back to normal setting? Thank you for all assistance with this problem!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest to try if restarting your device will get things fixed. To do so, please keep your device's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display, then release the button. Before doing so, you might want to sync your device to not lose any tracked data.
