I, like several users, am experiencing issues with my Versa 4. Yes, I have looked through similar topics, but do not find anyone that has listed a viable solution. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro (updated to the latest software system update) and my Fitbit app is also updated to the latest. I used to be able to receive and answer phone calls on my Versa 4, but no more. I don't even receive text message and/or notifications for text messages or missed calls. I tried call the actual Fitbit phone number, went through related computerized voice menu options and was placed on hold for extended period of time listening to annoying music sounds and finally hung up. I do not have the option to choose Live Chat because it does not work. I'm about ready to throw out the Versa 4 and try some other brand.

Hi @RacyR - any notifications that appear on the phone can appear on the watch if the phone is nearby, syncing and both are setup correctly.
Pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons.
On the phone make sure the notifications are appearing and follow this link for the Fitbit App setup.
How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
In case your watch isn't syncing see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Often toggling Bluetooth, restarting the watch and phone can be helpful.
