Versa 4 won't show the 24hr clock format

I want this to be a watch/24 hour clock face at all times - with steps, ❤️ etc smaller around the time. It will NOT stay on my 24 hour clock. I factory reset….to no avail.

Hi @MrsCaptainR - choosing a clock face to do what you want is one thing. However if you want it on all the time you will need to select a clock face with this capability, otherwise it default to the inbuilt clock face which is different.

With your favourite face displayed, try pull down on the clock face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons. That way each time you raise your wrist to look at the clock it will give you what you want, hopefully.
