My phone and text messages on my versa  4 does not work never has

Hi @Joyehitney69 - any notifications that appear on the phone can appear on the watch if the phone is nearby, syncing and both are setup correctly.

Pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons.

On the phone make sure the notifications are appearing and follow this link for the Fitbit App setup.

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
