My Versa 4 does not give me notifications anymore. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth and restarting my device. Nothing works.
Help please.

I'm getting the same issue as everyone. Every night my phone goes into DND mode for sleep and then the next day, I will get no notifications. Tried the troubleshooting steps (on/off phone/Versa, disconnect, reset, etc) but it still doesn't connect after DND is on and then turned off. It's really frustrating. What's the point of a Smartwatch if it doesn't give you notifications?! Didn't have this problem with my Versa 2. How is a newer device unable to do what an old device did so well? Please advise.

Hi, i took the steps you suggested and it worked. It was in the notification settings. I’m not sure whether the settings were changed in the latest IOS update, as it worked before, but sorted now, thank you.
I had this same issue for almost 6 months! After trying everything, and I mean everything, I finally had someone help me and resolve the issue! If you've tried all of the possible steps, try this last one. If you have other devices on your Fitbit app, disconnect them, delete them! That is what finally worked for me! I am back to receiving all of my notifications again! I hope this is helpful...
I’m having the same issue. I’ve contacted technical support and did everything they asked me to do with no results. They offered me 35% off a new watch which I refused and told them I would never buy another Fitbit.
Thank you @macicalese3 for this suggestion! I had an old Fitbit still in my account and deleting it allowed me to get notifications on my Versa 4 now! For a while the vibrations and notifications were all working, but now the vibrations stopped working. Notifications are still coming thru so a little weird. I tried reconnecting my Fitbit and still the same. 😕
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue. I've had mine for at least 2 years and never had a problem until recently. I was still getting text message notifications but not phone calls so I went through all the steps and now I'm not getting any notifications! Very frustrating!
