Notifications stopped working on my Versa 4

My Versa 4 does not give me notifications anymore. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth and restarting my device. Nothing works. 
Help please.

Same. None of my notifications are coming through on my brand new Versa 4.

• I've reviewed the support document and still nothing works. I bought the Versa 4 because the Charge 6 stopped receiving notifications. Now, I think it's a Fitbit software problem that neither device is receiving notifications. Very disappointed.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.
