Versa 4 will not sync On-Wrist Calls. When I delete “Forget this device” and start the process again, it will connect but after a few minutes it shows “Not Connected” and when I try to reconnect it comes up with message that says “Pairing Unsuccessful”. When I called the customer support number they just ran me around things I had already tried.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue and have done all the recommendations as well and it still isn’t working. Very frustrating.
