Only the clockface is visible on my Versa 4. I've been having issues syncing it the past few days but sync seems to be working now. The new problem is that it will not swipe in any direction to see other data. Any ideas what the issue may be or how I might fix it?

Hi @Maple2019 - this may be a temporary issue and as a first step try restarting the watch. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Incidentally if you have an iPhone there were app crash problems for the last few days so it might have been the reason it was not possible to sync.
