I have set alarms but they aren’t working? Used to be so easy on versa 2 and I could always count on them vibrating to wake me up. Nothing is even happen on versa 4 when I set them?

My Fitbit clock is displaying a time that is 7 minutes behind the actual time here. Also my alarm set for yesterday and today did not vibrate. I reset the watch which did not correct the time. Then tried to check the Fitbit app, but it won't open.

Hi @Slyfd - - is it possible the am/pm indicator is mixed up and you need to set it for the afternoon for it to go off in the morning if you use a 12 hour clock?
We know the exercise time indicator is 12 hours out. Conversely try using a 24 hour clock to see if it then goes off at the correct time.
Make sure the Vibration is set strong in Settings but then it may still be too weak to notice.

I agree! It’s also a pain to get to the alarm app screen - sometimes it appears when I swipe and other times is doesn’t. I loved my old Fitbit but I’m about to give up and try another brand.
