I have had two Versa 2. I switched to Versa 4 bc 2nd watch lost its face. Anyway, unlike prior watch my Versa 4 didn’t change time zones automatically going either way (I mention this only to point out it happened twice on 2 separate days) although it is selected in app to do so. Also, selected is 12 hour time vs 24 hr but my weather and some clock faces (the one I use prior on V2) show in 24 hrs. And, no calendar is a pain.

Hi @CBOO - both the time and temperature are resolvable and do happen. See
How to change Temperature - for Weather, Centigrade - Fahrenheit, Versa 4
How to fix the time on your watch
This is generally sufficient to resolve it.

@CBOO- as you will see with the weather temperature there are various places where time is shown in different formats also.
There are some watch faces that handle 12/24, some that don't, some that have AOD and some that don't, some that have an only 24 hr AOD and in exercises some show the wrong am/pm, and weather which has it's own and probably defaults to 24hr regardless.
For watch faces that don't have AOD, it uses the watch's default AOD which is 24hr mode only, even if the watch face is correct. If this is happening, pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons.
There may be other instances where selecting miles/kms affects other settings.
There is no Agenda app.

Thanks for trying to help. The clock face I like did show 12 hr mode on Versa 2. It’s a larger number format for this who need reading glasses. It doesn’t seem to work this way with V4. ?? I have looked at all settings I could find in the apps and clocks or in basic Fitbit settings. Nothing fixes my issues mentioned. The agenda app was standard on V2. The only agenda apps I found are at a cost.
