I dropped my Versa 4, it landed face down and cracked the screen. The watch is 3 months old. I reached out to customer service and they were less than helpful. Any broken screen is not covered under the warranty, which I can understand, but there is no repair option. At all. Not even an out of pocket, send it in and pay us and we will repair it option. It's just an I'm sorry that happened, have a coupon and buy the same watch again option. Has anyone had any luck sending their watch in to another company for repair or bought a non Fitbit watch that offers repairs? Apple and Garmin both seem to allow for repairs but the repair cost isn't listed unless you put in an estimate request. If you went the non Fitbit route, what equivalent watch did you buy?

Hi @ambelina1 there are places online that do repairs, but often the repairs are costly and the device may never again be water resistant. Is your Fitbit still working where you can sync it? Amazon sells "protective cover versa 4" which might work as a new face for the device, but there's no guarantee that it would work. You could check with a local jeweler to see if they could help you, too.

I complained after this happened to me. I sent pictures via live chat and they sent me a new device. Keep trying - every agent is different. Also I purchased and otterbox bumper and a glass screen protector like you would do for your smart phone. So far so good. Although the number has been replace 2x too.
