Oops, Looks like there's no internet connection

I changed my Versa 4 over to my son's phone which is the exact model as my phone that was originally connected to it. I changed to iPhone and not all of the features worked so I was trying to pass it on to my son. Now when trying to access the Gallery I am getting that stupid error message. I have tried everything I have found online and in the forums. Uninstall and reinstall, clear cache, disconnect and reconnect, power off and power on. Checked for VPN, DNS, and adblockers and still no luck. I tried to reach out to support and was told to contact my phone manufacturer. HELP

Hi @V4Frustration  - this was a Fitbit server side issue, curiously only affecting Android users. It wouldn't connect to Internet for Gallery operations.

There was nothing you can do to resolve but it should work now.

Also Health Metrics has been having trouble getting the display information from the servers
