This has been an ongoing problem and I am not sure why no one in Fitbit IT can fix. My hourly steps either show up correctly on my phone or my watch, but very rarely both. I know I have been doing my hourly steps. For instance, I walked over 500 steps from 4pm-5pm and it shows correctly on my watch but not the app. This happens constantly or visa versa. I have done everything Fitbit says to do and nothing solves the issue. Either solve the problem or give me a new watch.
