Morning all
I updated my Versa 4 this morning due to screen going completely blank I have now lost all my photos that was on my photo premium (wim van aerschot) which I paid for, gone back into app to re upload my photos and I can get as face as choose photo and no photo will upload to it at all
Please help iv done the norm off shutting everything down deleting app and butting back on including the fit bit app

Done all this still not working it's not just this app it's all photo ones nothing uploading

Could you please verify if your Fitbit app is running under the last version? In order to update the Fitbit app, please read and follow the steps shown here: How do I update the Fitbit app?
If the problem persists after confirming the update to the latest version of the application, please contact the developer. You can find the developer information in the clock face details, in the Fitbit gallery.
