I can no longer get the map of my hike after synced  GPS hike on Versa 3. This went from the app and was only available in the dashboard online but that’s not available after this month? Is this gone forever? It’s one of the main reasons I chose a Fitbit over an Apple Watch for the built in GPS and this feature

Unfortunately it's gone forever.  FitBit no longer cares for longer term customers.  All they care is to cut the cost to make more profit.  Time to ditch Fitbit and invest in better trackers or smart watches.
