App seldom shows the correct sleep starting time. I have to use another App to track my sleeping time, then manually edit my sleep starting time on your App. Ironically, after editing, the sleep graph does show at the time I enter, I do enter into either deep sleep or light sleep from awake. This show my Fitbit device collects the correct data, but the Fitbit backend or App cannot process the data correctly. One of the main purposes for me to purchase a Fitbit device is to track my sleep. If I need to use another App to track my sleep and enter the data to Fitbit App, why do I need to pay for a Fitbit?

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @FitB2Ysr!
Sad to hear that you're issues tracking your sleep with your Versa 4.
To improve sleep tracking accuracy, I'd suggest setting up a sleep goal and a a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app. To see how to do that, please have a closer look at 'How do I set or change my sleep goal in the Fitbit app?' and 'How do I set a sleep schedule in the Fitbit app?' by following this link:
How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
It's also worth trying to switch sleep sensitivity as mentioned in the help article linked above to get better results.

Sleep goal and sleep schedule has been set for years. Sensitivity also has been changed multiple times. The issue is not only with Versa 4, but also with Charge 5. The data is collected correctly by both devices. The problem is the Fitbit sleeping algorithm fails to analyze the data correctly. It always fails to detect sleep in the first couple of hours of sleep.
