I see that a lot of people are already using the Versa 4 and some are even wanting to return. I pre-ordered my Versa 4 in Waterfall Blue on 09/02 and it was supposed to ship by 09/23; it has not yet shipped. I've contacted support twice and they keep saying my case will be forwarded to a specialized team for review and they'll get back to me as soon as they have an update. Anybody else dealing with a pre-order not yet shipped?

I've been given a case # and asked to wait for an email. I DM'd Fitbit on Instagram and was notified that my order is prepared to ship. I have not received tracking or any email at all for that matter. I check every day and still no update. I really wish I would've waited to buy this in store. I thought pre-ordering would be quicker, but apparently I was mistaken. I'm trying out my patience tool, but it's wearing very thin at the moment.

They are completely overwhelmed and can't provide answers. I never got my case or escalation email. So I finally was able to go online and get a return. Google doesn't care they are a trillion dollar company and probably got a write off for taking over firbit.

Got the e-mail as well.
Unfortunately, I had been assured in a customer service call that my order had been cancelled, so I went to Target and bought a Versa 4. I will be returning the package when I get it.
At least I got to keep the band for my trouble.
That being said, the watch works well. I use it mostly to track my fitness and daily activities so for that purpose it does the job. I haven't encountered any of the issues other users are experiencing so far.

That is a disturbing thought considering the fact that IF mine arrives when promised, it will be after the date allowed for a return. It better work flawlessly!

You have 45 days from the shipment date to request a return, per Fitbit's terms of sale.

I returned my free band as well. As I don't ever intend to buy another fitbit again including the Google pixel watch managed by fitbit.

Same here. I already purchased and received an alternative before I ever received my preordered fitbit. After seeing all the bad press about the Versa 4 and the step back in tech along with the terrible customer service, I was done.

I finally received my Versa 4 this morning. I charged it and set it up without any issues at all. I upgraded from a Versa Lite and I'm already in love with this watch. I use it mainly to track steps and not miss any important phone calls or text messages. My patience has paid off. I hope everyone else receives their pre-order soon!

Same here. I got it yesterday morning and took it for a 15 mile bike ride today. Everything works fine.

I'm in a slightly different situation. I ordered a Versa 2 after my other failed, and they give me a 35% discount to get another.. that sat in warehouse 2 weeks and never shipped, even though one agent lied to me and said it did, and he showed it to arrive at my house the next day. After 3 more days I called back and got another agent and they said there is not that kind of info in their system. So it was long enough of not arriving, and sitting in their warehouse, that this person, after much begging and pleading, as it was past their 5-7 day arrival promise, sent me another.. but after 6 days of being told it was ready to be shipped, it still is sitting in their warehouse. This company seems to have gone downhill. If there are going to be delays, they should be telling us. I don't have faith this next one will ever leave the warehouse and think I may just look for a competitor that will actually ship a product when they tell me they will. I just don't know what to get though.
