Problem in the clock settings

We encountered this problem, the time of Iran is not the same as the time of the Fitbit program and is different

 

The current time is Iran (GMT+3:30 Tehran)

But unfortunately it is in the Fitbit program

(GMT+4:30 Tehran)

Is it possible to update the program to fix this problem?

Hi @Edris - thanks for reporting this, you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may be able to raise the issue.

Unfortunately, the possibilities of talking to the company are limited for us, but unfortunately, fitbit company does not have an email to solve this problem.

@Edris- as mentioned in your other post the issue has apparently been made known, it affects Mexico also so just wait to see if Fitbit will offer a fix. Unfortunately it doesn't help in the meantime.
