My Versa 4 has stopped syncing the hourly activity from my watch to my app. I've tried logging out and in and turning off and on but nothing is helping. Steps are syncing but not my hourly activity. Also heartrate stopped syncing yesterday about noon.

Hi @Kwltn - have you tried the following procedure to get syncing working fully again.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
If this doesn't fix it try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and repeat and if necessary in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device".

I have an iPhone. Any suggestions for that? I’ve already removed the app, uninstalled the device, reinstalled the app and added the versa 4 as new. Shut down phone and Versa and restarted. Still, the only way to sync is to turn Bluetooth off and on every time I want to sync.
