I just bought a fitbit versa 4 today, will arrive ... i dont know when. Anyway i break out with wearing the bands that come with thesw.
My last fitbit versa 1 fried bwcause water got into it when i was washing my hands (no damage or anything should have caused that) recently. Had it since 2018. Anyway i have an offical fitbit metal band that i purchased back then with it. Will it fit the fitbit versa 4?
Best Answer@JT1985 I’m sorry, but they won’t fit. The original Versa bands use a pin system. The Versa 4 has a quick release system.

@JT1985 I never tried the Fitbit metal band on my Versa, but all of my Versa bands use a spring loaded metal pin. Here is a link to the Wear Versa 4 chapter of the Versa 4 manual. You can see that the quick release latch is a very different design, making the bands from the different models incompatible. You can also browse the rest of the manual to see the differences between the two models.

Best Answer@JT1985 Fitbit doesn't explain why a style might be made for one model, but not a later model. It could be something as simple as poor sales of that design.
