I've been wearing my Fitbit and have Premium. My readiness score isn't showing up in the morning for me to make decisions about my morning workout. I've read all the guidelines to get a score (wearing 14 days, while sleeping, etc.) and have followed them. The score eventually shows up, but later in the day. How can I fix this?
@ObjeeGal Have you tried forcing your app to sync to your device? In the app, you can pull down on the Today screen to force a sync and the readiness score should populate almost immediately.
Best AnswerI have this problem too. Pulling down to sync doesn't help. And It's not that I haven't worn the device enough: I get a readiness score, but it doesn't show up until later in the day.
I purchased this versa watch July 20, 2024. My readiness score has never shown though I have premium! I’ve contacted support multiple times to no avail. They’ve asked for pictures which I’ve sent - twice! Both times, I was told case was escalated and I’d hear from someone within two days. It’s been two weeks and I’m now on hold. A supervisor has just told me that they will not replace the watch or refund the cost because the watch is now out of warranty!!! He also said I would just have to be patient while they figured it out. When I tried to get the watch replaced/refunded weeks I was told I had to first go through the support/escalation process!!! I will never purchase another Fitbit again.
Yeah, that does seem to be modus operandi: bring up a problem while it's under warranty, and then wait while they faff around until it's no longer under warranty, and then get told to be patient.
