I contacted Fitbit help by phone on 12 August and haven't heard anything from them since the case was 'escalated' to another team...
I spoke to a nice gentleman who was in Guatemala - I'm in Europe... Although he was very pleasant, he couldn't help.
I was trying to connect Google Wallet. It kept telling me to contact my bank, which I did and there's no issue with the bank. I've been using Google Wallet on my android with no issues for a long time...
I'm just extremely disappointed to have had no acknowledgement whatsoever, although I was told I would be emailed. I only know the issue is logged because when I go into help via the Fitbit app it gives a case number and indicates 'in progress'.
Pretty disappointed all around with my versa 4 which I only bought two weeks ago. There's been other issues which I won't bore you with now...
My main issue is lack of actual progress on my initial contact.
