Like many people since the recent Versa 4 update my clock face has turned red at times and displayed a red cross at other times. I tried all the recommended solutions and restored to factory settings. Nothing worked until I realised that perhaps any clock face not designed by Fitbit might be the problem, because maybe they didn’t update the same time as the watch. True enough, I’ve tried a couple of Fitbit faces and the watch is working perfectly.
