Hi @Simona13 - a few things to try.
Restart the phone and restart the watch, if you still get a red cross hold the watch button for 12 to 15 seconds on the next restart.
You may need to remove the watch entries from Bluetooth and from the Fitbit App account and add the watch back again.
If necessary you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.

Best AnswerMy Versa 4 doesn't restart after the latest update. It is fully charged but I can't get screen to turn on just blinks the logo and then I get a large red X. Have been a fit bit customer for over 10 years and never seen such rubbish. Can anyone please give me advice?
