Why have you removed functionality from.versa 4 that 2 and 3 had?? Bring back music controls and ability to add to watch. Bring back 3rd party apps. Bring back ability to customize shortcuts. The versa 4 is awful! I have been a loyal fit bit user, but product does less now than before. How do expect to.compete with Garmin and polar when you take away features. Versa 4 is nothing more than a step counter....awful!

Hi @LNR24  - others have been disappointed by the missing things too.

Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
