Reminders to Move

My versa 4 is reminding me to move at 20 after the hour multiple times in addition to the 10 minutes before. I want to keep the 10 minutes before, but the 20 minutes after is really annoying. I did a reset, turned off reminders to move, and it's still doing it. 

My husband got the same one at the same time and his does not do it. HELP please!

Hi @Evhorvat - this may be a feature of the clock face and changing to another may solve it.

There might be a syncing issue also, changes may not have been recorded immediately.

To test again, remove reminders to move and then sync fully, so that you don't get reminders to move at 10 before the hour and restart the watch with the button.

If you still get reminders to move, it is likely the clock face in which case the reminder may display different.

In any case try the SimpleClockPro clock face with reminders to move turned off in the Fitbit App.

This clock face has it's own reminders to move at 40, 50 & 55 after the hour (which you can configure in the clock face itself), not only that the number of steps done (or to do) and number of active hours is visible on the watch face, steps per hour history and many other features are included.
