So I've been trying to use the NFC function on my versa 4 but when I go to use the existing card (hsbc) when I try to verify it, it asks me for the security code so I type it in. It then says contacting bank but then says "something went wrong, please try again later". I've checked that I'm typing it in right but I just don't know. Please can someone help!!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @jack_is_here175.
Thanks for explaining your situation when trying to verify Google pay on your Versa 4.
This situation can be impacted by the banks supported by Fitbit, I recommend you to check this article and verify if your bank is accepted in your country by Fitbit. Let me know how it goes, please.

Hi, so I checked and it said HSBC USA is excepted but I live in the UK so probably that is the problem.

Welcome back, @jack_is_here175, thanks for responding back!
That's right, you need to check the accepted banks in UK, if HSBC is accepted in there, then there should be no problem. Thanks for your understanding!

Thanks, it's just confusing because it's set up on Google wallet and I'm just trying to verify to Fitbit.

Thanks for your response, @jack_is_here175!
Do you get some sort of verification or is it the normal procedure from Fitbit? If so, yeah, it should be fine, but you need to verify the accepted banks from the link I sent you.
