Hi, I’ve had my Vera’s 4 since April and since getting it I’ve noticed big issues. When I exercise my active zone mins reflect what I’ve done and then it defaults back to only 5 mins completed.
I can not change the times of hourly activity it’s stuck on 8am to 9pm
although I start an activity on my watch and click end when I’m done it doesn’t register with my app
i also can not update the watch. Trying to do so resulted in a red x appearing on the watch face and then it turning on and off by itself for about 15 mins.
ive tried resetting the watch and deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing works.
any advice would be appreciated.
