Versa 4 Flashing screen

My Versa 4 does not always respond to touch in the mornings and therefore, I cannot track my workout.. This morning, after my workout (it tracked steps, not sure if it tracked the swim), my Versa 4 started flashing icons on the screen repeatedly. I reset it several times, disconnected it from my phone, reconnected it, and synced. Still flashing icons. It's been happening for over 30 minutes. Still going strong. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 screen is not working well.  I appreciate all the steps you have been followed before contacting. 

Since restarting your screen hasn't returned it to normal, please try changing the clock face:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab / devices icon  / Versa 4.
  2. Tap Watch faces  / Clocks tab.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want  /  Install.
  4. Sync
