Hi @tamaramica if bought directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days in which to return it for a refund. If from a retailer, those terms vary, so you'd need to get with them. Fitbit doesn't exchange, but if you are within the return window, they do refund. You must go through customer service to initiate this and they can verify the proper steps you'd need to take.

As mentioned by our friend Odyssey13, we have the 45 days satisfaction warranty for devices purchased on our online Shop.
This is for all devices/accessories from our online Shop (global) .
If you purchased the Fitbit on the online Shop, just contact Support with your order number. They'll provide the RMA and further instructions.
