Versa 4 keeps receiving low battery notifications

I continue to receive low battery notifications when my battery is not that low - today it was at 29%. The fitbit and app show same battery level. Using Google Pixel 2 mobile device to sync. When I had the Charge 3, it wouldn't notify until battery level was much lower - below 15%.

Hi @LindaMac09 - that's about normal to receive a notification around 25%, to make sure there is enough battery for a day and doesn't fall below 10%, based on about 16% usage during a day.

@Guy_ Thank you for your answer. I won't worry when I get these notifications when there seems to be plenty of battery.

I wish mine used 16% a day currently I'm having to charge every 12 hours to make it usable, all notifications turned off, certainly not worth the money

Well this is new? My Versa 2 never notified before it was down to 25% but this one for the first time I am getting low on battery sent it out at 31%.

@guy is really on top of things. Thanks....

@penpen57 what is the screen brightness set for? Do you use the Always On Display option? How about SpO2, which cuts my battery life in half.

My last watch was a Charge 4 & the low battery notification on it was sent around 15%.

It makes sense for a notification to be sent around 20% to 25% to make sure you have enough battery to last the day.

However, I have had my Versa 4 for nearly a week & it sent a low battery notification at 33%. IMO this is way too early!

Today I was notified and the battery was at 35%. I just went ahead and charged it, checking back in an hour and it was at 99%. The next hour it was charged to 100%. I'm used to it now and this way I can still get my hourly 250 steps if I set another timer and put the fitbit back on.
